Can I return or exchange?

Since all apparel is made to order, we ask that you check the sizing chart before placing an order. As we do not always have lots of extra stock available an exchange can take some time due to the fact we may have to have a requested shirt printed and as we do not print everyday you could experience a delay in receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility.

Have an issue with Merch received/Received wrong item?

As much as we try our best to ensure that errors with shipping do not happen they unfortunately do. Please reach out to gifts@thechosen.tv with your Name, Order number and the Issue with order and we will be happy to correct your order for you.
